How do i become a Member?

How do i place my order?

  • It's  easy, From the range tab select the product you'd like to buy, than click "Add to cart" button to place your order and continue shopping.
  • Any personal information given to By Famous Pty Ltd, ACN: 068 958 441
  • Will be protected. Any Personally Identifiable Information will not be disclosed to any third parties.
  • In order to protect customers to the fullest extent.
  • By Famous Pty Ltd, does not see or store your credit card information at any time.
  • All credit card transaction are handled by PayPal on their secure servers using the latest SSL encryption.
  • Paypal is the world's #1 online payment provider.
  • When it comes to enter your payment details, you will be taken to a Paypal's secure server.

How do I pay for my order?

  • We only accept Credit/ Debit Cards & Pay Pal as a form of payment, and payments only accepted through PayPal.
  • The charge on your statement will appear as " By Famous Clothing".

Do we accept International orders and what currency is used?

  • Yes we do. We ship to customers all over the world, we accept all currency, the advertised currency on site is Australian Dollar (AUD).

How do I cancel or make changes to my order?

  • If you need to make changes to your order, please click here.    (Orders will not be changed once they have been packed and shipped).

How do I add items to my order?

  • We don't store your details, so you will have to create a new order for the additional items.
How long will my order take to arrive?
  • Once you received a shipping confirmation email, your order has been dispatched.
  • Australian Orders takes 1- 3 business days to be delivered. (via Registered Australian Post)
  • International Orders can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. (via International Registered Post also Shipments can be delayed at country borders, customs, or other destinations along the way.)

What can I do if I haven't received my order yet?

  • Check the order confirmation email from PayPal, Make sure it was shipped to the correct address.
  • There is always the chance of postal service delays, so if your order has not arrived in the time frame, please allow a couple of extra days just in case.

How much is delivery fee?
  • Courier/Postage, shipping and insurance will cost 20% or $9.95 per item order,  to all our clients world wide, and this is an additional charge on top of the products ordered.

What is your Return Policy?

  • If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit.
  • All returns must be made within 21 days of placing your order.
  • We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 21 day period.

  • Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund.
  • You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.
  • We will email you with this cost.
  • If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge.
  • If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will let you know.
  • If you're asking for a refund, all refunds we be processed via PayPal. Less shipping cost.
  • All returned items must be in the original condition the way you received them.
  • We will let you know, once we have received your item(s), and the return has been approved.
  • We do NOT accept worn or washed items. If they are, they will be sent back at your expenses.
  • Returns can take 10 business days to be processed from once we receive them,  Keep in mind - shipping time.
Why has no one has responded to my enquires?
  • For all enquires, there is a 72hr business day turn around time.

How do I become a stockist?

  • All retail stores carrying By Famous clothing must first become an accredited stockist.
